Radar track of my IFR flight

There is that great service called Flight Aware. They get their data from the FAA and display the track and info off all flights under flight following.

The picture above is the track from one of my IFR practice flights. The flight originated in San Carlos (KSQL), went to Stockton (KSCK) and Hayward (KHWD).

For those who know the Bay Area, you will notice that the track starts around TRACY intersection (where we requested flight following and received a transponder code). Instrument approach to SCK with procedure turn, missed approach in SCK, hold entry at ORANG, vectors to the ILS 29, departure from SCK, direct SUNOL intersection, intercept the VOR-A approach in SCK.
